35 Species Smoothis

Ever since hearing Dr. Sara Gottfried’s interview on Huberman, I’ve been having a daily high species smoothie.

For background, Dr Gottfried share a super compelling story about a patient with autoimmune disease. He changes his lifestyle, including a faily smoothie with 57 species for fruits and veggies. You can check it out around minute 30 to hear more.

This was music to my ears because I just love trying new fruits and veggies. I don’t love our local farmers’ market because it’s limited, so I use a local delivery service, GoodEggs. The’ve recently cut back in some ways to scale but they still over a variety of local options.
